Price Changes and Pricing Errors- Disclaimer

All prices on and its subdomains, including and are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Quilling patch Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You can, of course, purchase the item(s) at the correct price, if you so wish.


If after receiving your item you determine that it was not what you expected, contact us by phone at 1-800-268-3672 within 30 days of the sales receipt or invoice date for an RMA number and return instructions. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify the item’s condition and issue either a refund or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee. In order to qualify for a refund or store credit, the item must be returned in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories, and in like-new, salable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for returned and exchanged products.

Non-returnable items:

All opened equipment.
Special orders
Used or cut materials
Discounted items
Opened vinyl rolls & application tape.
Products over 30 days old.
All used or opened vinyl cutter parts and accessories including new and used blades, cutstrips, cut mats, bladeholders

Why the 15% restocking fee?

Our minimum restocking fee covers our administrative and processing costs and the credit card processing merchant fees which are NOT refunded to us by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express when we process refunds to our customers.

Free shipping return capture:

If the item or order you wish to return to us was shipped at no charge to you under our $99 free shipping offer, the shipping charges that were incurred to ship the item to you will also be deducted from the return refund.

DOA items:

If items in your order have been damaged in shipping or appear to be dead on arrival, call us at 800-268-3672 and we will have replacement product sent to you, at no charge to you. We will arrange a pickup of the original shipment, at our cost. If after 21 days, items will not be considered, or treated as, DOA .
